The business needed to present sensitive health and wellness information with care while keeping its digital operation working. Existing code and limited in-house technical support made everyday changes harder. The brief required a partner able to improve the experience and deal with the implementation behind it.

We removed unnecessary code, updated the implementation and revised the website’s design, pages and features. The work also included building The Body Agency Collective website on Shopify. Keeping the stack familiar helped concentrate the effort on the experience and the support the team actually needed.

The engagement extended into consulting, code maintenance and support. That continuity gave the team a technical partner for changes and issues beyond the initial redesign. The project’s story is as much about taking responsibility for the website as it is about the pages delivered.
