Terms of use
Last updated
These terms explain how you may use the Superfactor website at superfactor.com. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Superfactor. Please read these terms before using the website. By using it, you agree to them; if you do not agree, please stop using the website.
1. About this website
Our website introduces our design and engineering work, services and perspectives. Its content is general information, rather than advice or a delivery commitment for your particular project. Case studies describe specific engagements; they do not promise the same results for another business.
These terms cover website use only. Any work we undertake for a client is governed by the agreement for that engagement. These website terms do not replace or amend that agreement.
2. Starting a conversation
Submitting an enquiry, receiving an automated acknowledgement or discussing an idea does not itself engage us to deliver work. Scope, timing and other project arrangements need to be agreed separately.
Please provide accurate contact information and only share material you are authorised to send. Our general enquiry form is not intended for passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information. If a discussion requires confidential project material, contact us first to arrange an appropriate way to share it.
3. Using our content and brand
Website writing, artwork, design and other materials belong to Superfactor or their respective owners. Client names, logos and other third-party marks remain the property of their owners. Their appearance does not grant permission to reuse them or imply an endorsement beyond the relationship described.
You may browse, link to our pages and save reasonable extracts for your own reference or to evaluate our services internally, retaining attribution and ownership notices. For republication, commercial reuse or use of our branding, obtain permission from the relevant owner first. Uses permitted by law remain permitted.
4. Respectful and secure use
Use the website lawfully and respect other people’s rights. In particular, do not:
- Submit fraudulent, threatening or unlawful messages, or impersonate someone else.
- Introduce malicious software, disrupt the website or overload its infrastructure.
- Bypass access controls or attempt to enter restricted areas without authorisation.
- Misuse personal information or infringe someone else’s intellectual property.
We may restrict access where reasonably needed to address misuse or protect the website and its visitors.
5. Privacy and cookie choices
Our Privacy policy explains how we handle enquiries and other personal information. Our Cookie policy explains website storage, consent records and how to change your preferences. Using this website or accepting these terms does not give consent to optional analytics.
6. Links to other websites
We sometimes link to work, resources and services operated by others. We do not manage those websites or their content. Check their own terms and privacy information before using them. A link alone is not a recommendation or guarantee.
7. Availability and information
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but content may become outdated or contain errors. Please confirm information with us before relying on it for a project decision.
The website may change or be unavailable during maintenance or for other operational reasons. To the extent allowed by law, it is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, error-free operation or suitability for a particular purpose.
8. Responsibility and your rights
Where applicable law permits, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or inability to access it, including resulting losses of profit, business opportunity or data. This concerns the website, not our obligations under a separate client agreement.
Nothing here excludes or limits responsibility for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any consumer rights or other mandatory protections that apply to you remain in place.
9. Updates to these terms
We may revise these terms as the website changes. We will publish the revised version here and update the date above. Changes apply to future website use, not retrospectively to an existing client agreement. We will provide any additional notice required by law.
