Cisco Webex’s Future of Work initiative needed to do more than publish a position. It needed to give people ways to explore the subject, participate in events and consider their own workplace. We connected those jobs through website design and engineering.

01 / THE CHALLENGE
Bring the initiative into one experience.
Editorial content, events and practical resources needed to feel part of Cisco while giving the Future of Work proposition room to develop. Visitors needed a clear way through the material. The marketing team needed an organized platform for publishing it and inviting people to participate.
02 / THE EXPERIENCE
Connect reading with participation.
We worked with Cisco’s marketing stakeholders on the UI and UX and engineered a WordPress-backed publishing platform. Webinar experiences supported registration, live streams and on-demand recordings. Email and newsletter design extended those journeys into the team’s wider communications.

03 / THE PRACTICAL TOOL
Give the thinking a personal application.
The Workplace Maturity Assessment Tool added a survey-based way for businesses to consider their progress toward a future-ready workplace. Its design and backend engineering were part of the engagement, alongside website maintenance and Google Cloud infrastructure management.
