The product

CONTEXT / AGENTS / TOOLS

What it brings together

  • An orchestration agent
  • Specialist AI agents
  • Connected business tools
  • Shared work context
  • Human review and approvals

Give the work one place to come together.

Revlime is being developed as a workspace where a business can describe an outcome and coordinate the work around it. Revlime Captain is the proposed point of contact, bringing specialist agents, relevant context and connected tools into the same conversation. The product is intended to reduce the coordination between separate assistants while keeping the business in control of consequential actions.

WHY WE ARE BUILDING IT

The request is simple. The coordination rarely is.

A website update, a campaign or a support task can touch several tools and require different kinds of expertise. Adding an assistant to each step can leave the business coordinating even more handoffs. Revlime starts with the whole request: understand the outcome, divide the work appropriately and return something a person can review in context.

The opportunity

AI WORKSPACE

Make the team around the task more coherent.

The opportunity is a reusable workspace for coordinated work, beginning with a narrow set of useful workflows.

Intent

An outcome to understand

Keep the business request and the criteria for a useful result visible throughout the work.

Context

Tools and knowledge together

Bring approved business context into the tasks that need it, instead of starting each assistant from zero.

Control

A person in charge

Make review, permissions and approval part of the workflow around the agents.

Why this approach

PRODUCT PRINCIPLES

Coordination is part of the product.

Our thesis is that useful orchestration can matter as much as the capability of an individual agent.

01

A clear point of contact.

Captain is intended to understand the request, coordinate available specialists and bring the work back into the same conversation.

02

Specialists with defined responsibilities.

Agents should receive an appropriate task and context, with clear boundaries around the tools and actions they can use.

03

Business context that can be reused.

Approved knowledge and earlier decisions can support continuing work, while access and export remain part of the design.

WHAT WE NEED TO GET RIGHT

An orchestrated result still needs to be dependable.

Reliability — A multi-agent workflow must make errors, incomplete work and uncertainty visible enough to review.

Permissions — Connected tools need appropriate access and clear approval boundaries for consequential changes.

Workflow focus — The first product must complete a small set of useful jobs before expanding across departments.

WHERE WE STAND / BUILDING

Building the workspace and first workflows.

Revlime is in the building stage. The core workspace, Captain-led interaction and specialist workflow model are being developed, with website and content work as an initial focus. Expansion into other business functions is part of the direction, with each workflow needing its own validation before becoming a broader offer.

Next:

• Complete the first bounded work journey.

• Validate context, review and tool permissions.

• Extend specialist workflows from observed results.
