The product

HISTORY / ANALYSIS / REVIEW

What it brings together

  • Trade-history imports
  • Position reconciliation
  • Performance review
  • Import coverage
  • Research and decision support

Start with what your trades can tell you.

TradeMight’s live trade analyzer turns supported history files into a more organized view of trading activity. It separates matched positions from incomplete records, shows import coverage and gives traders a clearer basis for reviewing their own results. That foundation supports a wider product direction: connect review, research and decision-making without hiding the limits of the underlying evidence.

WHY WE ARE BUILDING IT

A result is easier to see than the process behind it.

The account balance changes, but it does not explain every decision that produced it. Records may be spread across exports, partial histories and separate reviews. TradeMight begins by making that evidence easier to inspect. We want the trader to understand what happened, what the data can support and which questions deserve a closer look next.

The opportunity

OPTIONS TRADING INTELLIGENCE

There is more to review than the headline return.

The opportunity is a more disciplined review process, grounded in the trader’s own activity.

History

Usable records

Turn supported trading exports into a consistent starting point for review.

Context

Complete and incomplete

Keep missing or unmatched records visible instead of silently treating them as measured results.

Discipline

A repeatable review

Connect analysis to questions that can be examined over time, rather than a single account snapshot.

Why this approach

PRODUCT PRINCIPLES

Build confidence in the evidence first.

The product’s value depends on the quality of its accounting, explanations and research boundaries.

01

Begin with the trader’s own activity.

Use actual imported history as the starting point, with clear coverage and reconciliation rather than unexplained performance summaries.

02

Show what can and cannot be measured.

Incomplete positions and missing opening history remain visible. The product should not manufacture cost basis or fill gaps with confident-looking results.

03

Keep research distinct from live outcomes.

Historical analysis, experimental research and paper observations need their own context before they can inform a broader decision-support product.

WHAT WE NEED TO GET RIGHT

Trust is a product requirement.

Data quality — Supported file formats, position matching and coverage need to remain understandable as imports and account histories become more varied.

Interpretation — Useful analysis must explain its assumptions and limits. A clean chart is not enough.

Release discipline — Research features need evidence and clear availability labels before they become part of a wider customer offer.

WHERE WE STAND / LIVE

Live analysis. A wider product taking shape.

The free trade-history analyzer is available. TradeMight’s broader options-intelligence direction is being developed around that working foundation, with research and additional decision-support capabilities progressing separately. The next stage is to make the review experience more useful while preserving a clear distinction between released features, experiments and measured results.

Next:

• Improve supported imports and review explanations.

• Validate useful research workflows.

• Release additional capabilities with clear scope and evidence.
