Why the change
Customers first knew Supersites for websites, marketing, product development and ongoing support. As our work extended further into business processes and systems, the name began to describe only part of what we could help them do.
Superfactor reflects that wider role. Every engagement starts with discovery: understanding what needs to change for the business, what customers need and where the current approach falls short.
Our purpose
Our mission is to help businesses make sound digital investments and realize their value through strategy, design, engineering and AI. That means helping leaders choose where to invest, then staying involved as those decisions become part of the business.
Our vision is to set a higher standard for how growing businesses operate and compete. We want established companies and ambitious startups to have access to the judgment and delivery needed to improve how they work, serve customers and grow.
A wider role
Take a business receiving more inquiries than its team can comfortably handle. A better website might help customers qualify themselves. Clearer content might reduce confusion. A connection between the site and the CRM might remove duplicate entry. AI might help prepare information for a salesperson to review.
Those are related decisions about one business problem. Treating them as separate purchases can leave useful opportunities between the boundaries of each project.
Superfactor brings that wider perspective to AI adoption, workflow automation, products and business systems. It also carries forward the website, experience and search work many of you already rely on us for.
The new name gives us room to describe those capabilities more accurately. The standard we want to establish is that the investment has a clear purpose and the work follows through into use.
AI in practice
Business leaders are being asked to make decisions about AI while the possibilities and tools keep changing. It can be difficult to distinguish a useful application from an appealing demonstration.
We want to help make those decisions concrete. That means understanding the workflow, the information involved and the people who will depend on the result. It also means being prepared to recommend a simpler automation or a process improvement where that is the better choice.
The value comes from what a business can do better once the capability is part of everyday work. Superfactor’s role is to connect that ambition with a sound decision and capable delivery.
A distinct identity
The Superfactor wordmark stands on its own. FactorMark is our standalone symbol, giving us a distinctive identity in favicons, app icons and other spaces where the full name would be hard to read. It also appears as a graphic element in cover imagery and merchandise. We use it independently, never combined with the wordmark as a logo.

Customer changes
The services and projects you know continue under the Superfactor name. As we update our billing systems, you may see Superfactor on invoices, receipts and billing-statement descriptions.
The new website introduces our broader work and will replace supersites.io as the transition progresses. We will communicate relevant changes to contact details and account information as they take effect.
If you are working with us already, your current engagement is also a good starting point for a wider conversation. There may be a manual process around it, a disconnected system or a new product need worth examining together.
Your next move
A new name should make it easier to understand where a company is going. For Superfactor, that direction is clear: stronger business decisions carried through into well-designed, well-engineered work.
If something is slowing your team down, if you have outgrown a system or if you are trying to decide where AI deserves a place, I would welcome the conversation.
Thank you for the trust you have placed in us as Supersites. I look forward to building this next chapter with you as Superfactor.
